About Pauline
It seems as if Pauline has always been a Coach. People in all walks of life have been drawn to her particular way of listening and finding solutions to life challenges. She has more than 20 years experience in working as a Cultural Awareness Trainer in the corporate sector.
Pauline has partnered with people living with HIV and AIDS to assist them in the loss of livelihood, sometimes family, and finding "next steps" solutions. She has also coached people transitioning from difficult relationships, jobs, loss of a loved one, and many other life transitions.
As a graduate of the Christopher Howard Coaching Academy in Los Angeles, Landmark Education in San Francisco and The Life Coach Institute of Orange County, Pauline adheres to the standards and ethics of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), of which she is a member. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
